I believe it is important to continuously grow and change education to support the growing needs of students around the world. Through research into Teachers without borders I have recognised the nine initiatives, which are:
1. Girls’ Education
2. Peace Education
3. Quake Science and Safety
4. Education in Emergencies
5. ICT in Education
6. Bridges to Understanding
7. Bullying
8. Child-Friendly Spaces
9. Legacy Projects
From these nine initiatives I have chosen to develop a future learning space for Girls education. I have based my design on girl refugees at the Zaatari Reefugee Camp in Jordan. I believe the learning space i have designed will assist in developing the education of the young girls.
